1. What x402Mall is

x402Mall (x402mall.shop) is a directory operated by BUTIFUL L.L.C. — a place to discover services, websites, APIs, data products, and tools offered by independent providers who accept pay-per-use payments through the x402 protocol. In these Terms, "x402Mall", "we", and "us" mean BUTIFUL L.L.C. Think of it as a mall building: providers run their own shops; we run the hallways and the signs.

By using x402Mall, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and — if you submit a listing — our Listing & Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What x402Mall does not do

This matters, so we state it plainly. x402Mall does not:

• hold, custody, route, or transmit anyone's money or crypto;
• maintain buyer balances, wallets, or accounts for spending;
• operate escrow, pay providers, or process refunds for providers;
• set provider prices or take a percentage of provider transactions;
• guarantee any provider, transaction, result, price, uptime, safety, accuracy, legality, or legitimacy.

When you use a listed service, you deal directly with that provider, pay that provider directly, and are covered by that provider's own terms — not ours.

3. Listings come from independent third parties

Listings are submitted by providers or assembled from public information. Providers are solely responsible for their own services, data, APIs, descriptions, prices, access terms, fulfillment, and any refunds or disputes. A listing on x402Mall means the service has been listed here after a basic review of its listing details — it does not mean we have tested, audited, endorsed, or vouched for it. Please use your own judgment before paying for any service.

4. About x402 payments

x402 is an open standard that lets a website or API charge a small amount for a single request, typically in a digital dollar such as USDC on a blockchain network. When a listing shows a price, that price is set and charged by the provider. Your payment goes from you (or your app or AI agent) to the provider. x402Mall is not a party to the payment and never sees or holds the funds.

Blockchain payments are typically irreversible. Before paying, check the price and what you will receive. If something goes wrong with a purchase, the provider is the right party to contact.

Third-party transactions & financial responsibility. x402Mall is a discovery directory and does not process, hold, route, escrow, or control payments between users and providers. Prices, services, payment instructions, refunds, fulfillment, and transaction terms are determined by the individual provider. You are responsible for reviewing provider information and confirming transaction details before making any payment, and blockchain and x402 transactions may be irreversible. x402Mall is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses, pricing errors, failed or disputed transactions, provider errors, service failures, or other transactions conducted directly between users and third-party providers. Use third-party services and make payments at your own discretion and risk.

We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, or wallet recovery phrase. No legitimate page on x402Mall requests them. If something claiming to be x402Mall asks, it is not us — please report it.

5. What our status checks mean

We run limited automated checks on listings. "Reachable" means our checker received an HTTPS response from the listed website at the time shown. "x402 payment detected" means the listed endpoint answered an unauthenticated request with an HTTP 402 payment challenge in the x402 format at the time shown. That is all these labels mean. They are not a security audit, an identity check, or a statement that a service is trustworthy, accurate, or lawful.

6. Using x402Mall

You may browse the site and use our public API to discover listings. You may not:

• attempt to bypass, probe, or interfere with payment requirements, authentication, rate limits, access controls, or other security measures — ours or any provider's;
• use the site to break the law, or to find or promote unlawful services;
• submit false, deceptive, or infringing listings (see the Listing Policy);
• scrape or query the site in a way that degrades it for others;
• misrepresent an affiliation with x402Mall or any provider;
• introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.

Our machine-readable API at /api/v1 is provided for discovery. You may use it in apps and agents; the disclaimer that accompanies each response applies.

7. Disputes and refunds

Purchases happen between you and the provider. Refunds, credits, quality complaints, and disputes are between you and the provider under the provider's own terms. We don't hold the funds, so we cannot reverse or refund a payment. We do want to know about providers who behave badly — reports help us decide whether a listing should stay on x402Mall. 8. Removing or suspending listings

We may reject, hide, suspend, or remove any listing at any time — for policy, security, legal, abuse, fraud, technical, or quality reasons, or if our checks repeatedly fail. We may also correct obvious errors in listing details. Being listed is not a right and we don't owe anyone placement, ranking, or continued presence in the directory.

9. Content and intellectual property

The x402Mall name, site design, and our own text belong to us. Listing content belongs to the provider who submitted it; by submitting, a provider gives us permission to display and reasonably format it on the site and in our API. 10. Third-party sites and services

Listings link out to provider websites and endpoints we don't control. Following a link, calling an endpoint, or paying a provider is at your own discretion and subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

x402Mall is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, services, or content of any provider or user, for any purchase made through a listed service, or for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the directory. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the site evolves. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use x402Mall after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
